In partnership with Vision Inside, OPPLE, through Sonepar's lighting team, successfully enhanced the lighting conditions in Implenia Schweiz AG's carpentry workshop in Rümlang. The implementation of a new lighting solution significantly increased illuminance, fostering a safer and more efficient work environment for employees while consuming less energy.
An on-site assessment by Vision Inside revealed insufficient illuminance of 150lx in the high part of the joinery, impacting carpentry work. The replacement of 52 existing luminaires with 8x 155W and 12x 230W Highbays BLE ensured compliance with the required illuminance levels (Em=500lx, U0=0.60) for woodworking machines. This transformation has made workplaces safer and more pleasant.
OPPLE's role extended beyond providing efficient lighting solutions; the manufacturer actively supported Implenia Schweiz AG during on-site commissioning and programming, ensuring a seamless transition. The positive feedback from the customer underscores their satisfaction with the project and the streamlined commissioning process.
